All use of and access to the RingtoneFeeder.com website ("Site") and the use of the related services offered on the Site (“Services”) as well as the digital content such as ringtones ("Commercial Content") are subject to these TOS. By using or accessing the Site, Services or Commercial Content you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree to these TOS, you must cease using the Site and the Services immediately. RingtoneFeeder.com reserves the right to revise these TOS at any time, without prior notice, and you hereby agree to be bound by such changes. The permission granted herein by RingtoneFeeder.com may be terminated at any time without cause or notice.The RingtoneFeeder.com graphics, logo and ringtones are the sole property of RingtoneFeeder.com. You may not, without express written permission from RingtoneFeeder.com, display, re-publish, resell or otherwise abuse the content made available on RingtoneFeeder.com regardless if it is free or paid content. You also may not mirror the RingtoneFeeder.com, part of RingtoneFeeder.com on your Web site or anywhere else without written permission from RingtoneFeeder.com. Excessive use of the Site will be monitored and logged.
You may not remove the copyright or trademark notice from any material or content on the Site or made available through the Services.
You must not copy, reproduce, publish, broadcast, modify, distribute, sub-license or in any way commercially exploit any of the content on the Site or made available through the Services or make that content available via a network. You must not infringe the intellectual property rights of RingtoneFeeder.com, its licensors or other third parties.
Content and liability disclaimer
RingtoneFeeder.com shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained on this Site or in the Services, and reserves the right to make changes to the Site and the Services without notice at any time and at its sole discretion. Accordingly, all RingtoneFeeder.com content and Services are provided "AS IS" and RingtoneFeeder.com expressly excludes all warranties of any kind, express or implied in relation to the Site, the Services or any goods or services advertised on the Site or via the Services. No unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition of your use of the Site, you must not use the Site or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You must not use the Site or the products offered in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any RingtoneFeeder.com Service(s) or the network(s) connected to the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site. We use PayPal for payments, so you can pay with any major credit card or with your PayPal account. After paying through PayPal you will be re-directed to iTunes automatically and your ringtones will download. You may cancel your subscription any time and your feeds will remain active during the current billing cycle. We do not offer any refunds.Usage restrictions
RingtoneFeeder.com does not use DRM (Digital Rights Management) for the ringtones that you have purchased via monthly or annual subscription. Subject to your payment of all applicable subscription fees, you have the right to play such Content an unlimited number of times, on all of your personal devices. You acknowledge that in this context a “purchase” is shorthand for a perpetual license and does not grant any ownership rights whatsoever in the Commercial Content. Your use of any Purchased Content is and shall remain subject at all times to the terms of this Agreement. You have the right to make backup copies of Purchased Content on removable or external media (for example, a DVD or external hard drive) in the same format as the original downloaded file. You may download the latest 10 ringtones released directly from RingtoneFeeder.com/download for as long as you have an active paid subscription.Other restrictions
Except if permitted in writing by RingtoneFeeder.com, you will not lease, rent, lend, distribute, or sell the Service or the Commercial Content; further transmit or copy Commercial Content to any device other than your own personal devices; You acknowledge that the Commercial Content is protected by international copyright laws and you agree not to copy, modify, distribute, post, or otherwise make available such Commercial Content (except as permitted in this Agreement), or to facilitate or assist in such activities. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies of the copyright owners in the Commercial Content, except as to the uses specifically permitted under the licenses you may obtain.RingtoneFeeder.com reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as RingtoneFeeder.com deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in RingtoneFeeder.com's sole discretion.
RINGTONEFEEDER MAKES NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT ANY SERVICE OFFERED OR ACCESS TO THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR VIRUS-FREE.
